If your critical data lives in SaaS apps like Microsoft 365 or Salesforce, start with ICAB. If your risk is endpoints (laptops, desktops, servers), start with ICB. If your servers need to stay online through a disaster, look at IBDR or BDR Direct.
Do you want to own and manage a physical appliance? IBDR with the Cloud Failover Appliance is the most powerful option. Don't want hardware? ICB (endpoints) and BDR Direct (servers) are fully agent-based, cloud-delivered options.
If you need server failover in under 2 minutes, you need IBDR or BDR Direct. If you're protecting endpoints and can restore files in minutes (not failover servers), ICB is the right fit. For SaaS data, ICAB restores items instantly.
